Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant (size, colour), contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and processed as a return + new order with priority shipping.

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return of the damaged item needed
