Yes! COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A small convenience fee of ₹29 applies. For orders above ₹5,000, we recommend prepaid payment for faster processing and free shipping.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, if the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us on WhatsApp for urgent changes.

Absolutely. We use Razorpay, India's most trusted payment gateway, with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.

Rajkot: Same-day or next-day. Gujarat: 2–3 days. Metro cities: 2–4 days. Other areas: 4–7 business days. Express delivery (₹99 extra) cuts times by 1–2 days.

Once shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with the tracking ID. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID for real-time updates.

Yes, shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Below ₹499, a flat ₹79 fee applies. Orders between ₹499–₹998 have a reduced ₹49 fee.

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. If the toy is defective, damaged, or not as described, we'll arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement within 48 hours of approval.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 2 business days. The amount reflects in your account in 5–7 business days depending on your bank. UPI refunds are typically faster (1–3 days).

Yes! Every product is sourced directly from authorised brand distributors. All toys are BIS-certified, non-toxic, and meet international safety standards including EN71 and ASTM F963.
